“I have been going to this particular Boots branch for several years (near my workplace) and wanted to provide a more balanced feedback on the pharmacy service. Donna as referred to the 'blonde pharmacist ' in a previous review has always been patient and understanding when providing advice on various ailments such as colds, headaches etc. Mostly recently, I was feeling under the weather and took my prescription to be administered. Donna did this within 10 minutes and gave me her time to provide advice on the medication provided. I found her to be very professional with a genuine duty of care towards her customers. Therefore, I would definitely recommend the pharmacy service.”
