James is very friendly and helpful, and was happy to work around my own schedule, coming round in the evening and at a weekend without any suggestion of extra charges.

He worked efficiently and cleanly, keeping me fully informed about what he was doing and why, and his charges were extremely reasonable. Once the faulty boiler was fixed he was happy to wait at my house for a full hour just to make sure the problem didn’t recur, at no additional charge.

I will definitely be calling James if I have any plumbing or heating issues in the future!

I contacted James to replace a radiator and make some adjustments to the central heating. He came round the same day, completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. James really knew his stuff and I'll be contacting him again in future. Highly recommended. Cheers!
