My property manager sends me monthly updates on my property.
My manager is always easily reachable which is very important to me as I am still relatively new to this and sometimes have new questions.
I am very impressed with J Property Management's Airbnb Management service. I worked abroad for 4 months and decided to rent out my property during that time. J Property Management did a very good job at managing it, it was only empty 6 nights out of the 127 nights I was away. I was a little worried about renting out my property and had lots of questions but all staff I interacted with were very kind and patient.
J Property Management manage my portfolio of rentals and all have happy tenants. Having experienced less than satisfactory services from other agents, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
