(November 17, 2018, 12:53 pm)We had a wonderful stay here! Our room was very clean, and I loved that all the soaps were L'Occitane! Hotel staff brought us up to the room and showed us how to use all of the light switches and remotes. It was a bit overwhelming, and I never did get the hang of the lights, but I appreciated the technology in an older building. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. The espresso machine instead of a coffee maker really spoiled us. My only complaints are that the room wasn't big enough to have two luggage conveniently placed, and the glass door to the bathroom provides no noise privacy. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon hotel!
(October 26, 2018, 4:40 pm)Never seen a hotel room with so many gadgets. Comfortable room, although quite small, as often is the case with London hotels.
Nice view over the square. Nicely decorated. I enjoyed my stay.
(September 5, 2018, 2:32 am)The rooms are small, especially navigating the bathrooms is a bit tricky. There is also very little room for your luggage. However, the location is very convenient: a 5 minute walk from Victoria station but in a very quiet side street. The beds are fine, the rooms are full of gadgets (iPad, a phone you can take with you, huge TV) but they don't get in the way if you don't need them. Staff is friendly.
