“We were recommended to this store and I will admit I was very unsure from the outside appearance - however looks are definitely deceiving - what a 'hidden gem'!. Once inside we were most pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from Lindsay. Her advice was an extension of her earlier telephone advice. She was very knowledgeable on their stock; very helpful and her guidance ensured that we selected suitable carpeting for our home. She also went the extra mile in accommodating the timeframe we requested to have this fitted. We were kept update by the store on delivery time. The fitters arrived early and they where polite; tidy and bagged away all of the carpet waste for us. We also had their adviser come out to ensure the rest of our measurements for our stairs were correct and yes we will definitely be returning.
