“The tours of the house are very interesting. The hand-printed wallpaper in particular, sticks out in my memory. The grounds are beautiful and back onto the riverside path. I'd highly recommend it as a stopping off point during a long walk along the Thames, or even as part of a historic day out, taking in nearby Turner's house, and Ham house. You need to book in advance for tours”

“I was nervous to have my eyes tested and spent time reading reviews for opticians in my local area. The best reviews were for Eyecare Opticians on Ham Parade. On entering I was instantly put at ease by Diane who handed me over to Jaimini. Jaimini made having my tested a wonderful experience. She was kind, warm, friendly and very efficient. There are also a wonderful selection of frames to choose from and everyone was very helpful. I will never use another opticians again as the service and care here is excellent.”
