(August 21, 2018, 6:35 am)I am just beginning to reintroduce regular mediation again and I really liked this class. Ryan was warm and welcoming and led the class with a nice balance between providing enough guidance whilst at the same time leaving plenty of space to quietly ‘be’ with your own experience and develop the practice. There was a friendly feel to the session and a nice atmosphere in the group, which I believe Ryan cultivated through his warm and personable style. The actual room itself was lovely - very light, spacious and comfortable. I’m looking forward to booking another session soon.

Don't expect to be an expert straight away, I found it difficult as a newbie but rewarding leaving the class feeling lighter and more relaxed than in ages. Ryan was an excellent mentor giving guidance and helpful techniques throughout. Highly recommend Levitate.
