“I am just beginning to reintroduce regular mediation again and I really liked this class. Ryan was warm and welcoming and led the class with a nice balance between providing enough guidance whilst at the same time leaving plenty of space to quietly ‘be’ with your own experience and develop the practice. There was a friendly feel to the session and a nice atmosphere in the group, which I believe Ryan cultivated through his warm and personable style. The actual room itself was lovely - very light, spacious and comfortable. I’m looking forward to booking another session soon.”
