Mikey in particular is just wonderful - he is so fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. He provides absolutely top tier service which I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Mikey for fixing my bike yet again!! Genuinely the best service around.

(September 15, 2018, 9:13 am)Honestly, I have had bikes fixed around the world but these guys are the best. As they are fixing a rookie mistake on my bike, a women comes in with a slightly flat car tire. No worries. One of the guys heads out with a pump and goes and helps. Not only do they provide excellent service in house they are genuinely nice people. I will go to no other shop. End. Period.
(September 11, 2018, 6:28 pm)TLCW was recommended to me and I can’t recommend it highly enough too, having used it for servicing and drop-in maintenance bit and bobs. I’m always so impressed at how competent, quick and friendly their staff are, always happy to sort out small things on the spot which is invaluable. I’ve taken both my old steel frame single speed city bike and my Kona road bike to them and will do so again and again.

(August 24, 2018, 4:59 am)Great bike shop!!! I am from USA and has just finished ride from Edinburgh and was headed out to Venice. I was having trouble with my rear derailleur and needed an emergency adjustment. Thomas was great, straightened my steel frame derailleur attachment point. He also did a few additional adjustments and I couldn’t have been happier. Reasonable prices too!!! Wish I had a bike shop like this at home.
