“Some of the reviews I read caused me concern - rude, unhelpful, unsafe car park... Couldn't be further from the truth - I collected a large amount of flooring and every staff member I dealt with was totally on the case, helpful, chatty and efficient. I may consider travelling the 20 miles next time I have an important purchase, rather than use my local store! One star removed for damaged boxes, but last of stock.”
