The Rookery Café

Lovely cafe. Good service with friendly welcoming staff. Not cheap but food looks good.

Small and chaotic wee cafe. Very popular for regular walkers and family's. Have to be prepared to wait for a cuppa since the queue is always long no matter what time you come. Serve decent and simple foods such as toasty, sandwiches and snacks plus full cook meal. Outside seating on benches and restrooms are on both sides of the café. Services is good despite long wait. A bit pricey but well match with the popularity of the park. Local favorite spot.

Great food. I always have trouble finding interesting food to eat as a vegetarian. But not here. And it's all organic and very quick. The staff is great and helpful. The outside tables could use some cleaning/fresh paint but they're just fine on a busy hot day
