“Yoga Bromley is a very welcoming and approachable place to practise yoga. The teachers really know their stuff and I learn something new every week. I started yoga a year ago with an almost frozen shoulder and over the months it has completely recovered and I now no longer think about it. The 10 week beginners course is a great introduction to yoga and I highly recommend it. It welcomes people of all ages, shapes and sizes and as the classes are a small size everyone gets personal tuition. I have been to yoga classes at a gym and this is just so much better.”
