So today sorted out the very common Transit dash-gone-wild issue with it cutting out etc.
Popped it out, which took about 20 minutes and ran it down to Essex Recon in Rainham.

Spent a pleasant hour having a cup of tea at the local hotel and returned an hour later, shelled out a very reasonable fee and returned home.. Popped it all back and it now works perfectly and with a lifetime guarantee.

The LCD screen within the instrument cluster of my Mk3 Galaxy was dying/dead and the main agent could only offer a complete instrument cluster replacement for £1K++. I became aware of several companies that would repair the cluster if I removed it and sent it away. Then I found Tony who did the whole thing for me while I wandered along to a local hotel and enjoyed an extended coffee break. Within 90 minutes I was back on the road with the cluster now repaired for a fraction of the main dealer solution. Very good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Jag showing ignition coil warning light and going into limp mode. Need for replacement actuator correctly diagnosed on the phone. Local garages didn't seem to know you could do this 'it will cost a fortune and the turbo itself is bound to be worn etc etc'. Then to get a replacement with a lifetime guarantee for £90 was fantastic.
