  If you want results this is the ‘real deal’ of a gym. Everything is done in small groups with laser focus on technique but you are given enough personal attention to feel pushed to your limit after every session. Very supportive members which helps. Highly recommended!

  Joined the gym 3 months ago and it’s the best thing I’ve done in the last 18 years. Great atmosphere and awesome trainers. Feel much stronger and lost a good few kg. Thanks Jon and Dan, you guys have changed me mentally and physically.
