(December 3, 2018, 5:34 am)Zest are a refreshing change in the Property Maintenance field, they are reliable, prompt, clear about costs and efficient. Armand is very approachable and knowledgeable.
We called Zest when the boiler in our tenanted property started to play up. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and the next day came back, fitted the replacement heat exchanger and serviced the boiler at the same time. A very impressive response and service. Now we always call Zest first.
(October 27, 2018, 4:25 pm)Armand and the team carried out the conversion of a bedroom to an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom in our home in Clapham. We are thrilled with the end result. Armand worked with us to agree a scope of work and quote we were comfortable with, without compromising on the end result. The standard of work is first class and Armand did a great job overseeing it all, keeping us updated and managing the project. Zest would be the first call if we were to do more work in the future.
(October 1, 2018, 5:30 am)Armand and his team did a great job with our bathroom renovation, involving full strip down, new flooring, underfloor heating, tiling, new bathroom furniture, shower and decoration. There was unfortunately a delay at the end due to a dropped bathroom mirror cabinet which extended the completion date, but otherwise we were very happy with the work done. Thanks!
(September 23, 2018, 6:40 am)I have consistently used Zest for a number of years for all our maintenance jobs big and small. Zest have provided maintance and decorating services for both a rental property and our home. They have done everything from mending a kitchen door which my son manged to pull off its hinge, through to entirely redecorating a 5-storey house. I have kept using Zest because of their efficiency, the quality of the work and the integrity with which they approach everything that they do. The quality of the customer service team in the office is excellent.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with Armand and his experienced and friendly team on my flat refurbishment. I have been delighted with the quality of work and how accommodating they were when there was a late delivery delaying the project. I will certainly be using Zest again in the future.
