I'm curious as to why it had a name change, as it's previous name was something I was proud of. “I was looking to begin kickboxing again after a bit of a break and contacted Malik via email who was very prompt to reply to my queries and organised a free trial session for me. The classes are organised, fun, and a great workout. I particularly appreciate the attention that Malik gives to every student and how every session is a little different but there is always a spirit of helpfulness and respect. You can tell Malik is committed to teaching not just taekwondo but also the values he stands for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this school for anyone, no matter their previous experience in martial arts.”
