“I have been attending Davina’s Pilates classes for a number of years, the benefits have been a strong set of core muscles, good posture and flexibility. Davina is able to structure a class so that beginners and advanced can work together but at their own level and equally enjoy the sessions. Davina is friendly and motivates the class well, mixing up the exercises using bands or balls as well as including relaxation techniques. She explains the benefits of the exercises and is patient with those who require assistance. Davina is knowledgeable about diet and fitness and offers advice when asked.”

“I have been to lush for several beauty treatments and the service has always been of high quality. (5 star for the therapy ladies!) The gym has the standard equipment required for a reasonable workout. My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is the poor hygiene in the gym. This can be easily fixed. So please Lush - clean the gym and keep it clean, and I’ll give you a 5 star rating! Lockers for bags and jackets would also be useful.”

“Entered the cheshunt branch to purchase a pair of specific glasses that I was aware this particular branch had in stock. On first entering the store I was greeted with a warm smile from a gentleman called Abass. He asked me what I was after and offered me a coffee and a seat while he went off to deal with my enquiry. While I was waiting I was then seen to by the store manager Christos, he was extremely helpful and we had a a general chit chat. This staff here are extremely friendly and I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to purchase glasses and demands and high level of customer service to visit Vision Express Cheshunt without hesitation. 5 star service all around.”

“Been going to Rob for a about 2 years now. I have gone from being unable to lie down in bed and functioning on prescription painkillers to only requiring the odd paracetamol. Being able to sleep pain free is amazing. I go regularly to maintain my back and shoulder. He always has time to show me exercises to help me. Without Rob I literally would not be able to move.
