  Attended Mimram for eleven years. Their customer service is outstanding. Our Staffie received excellent care and home visits for a knee replacement. They explain all in clear terms, are receptive to comment and are very kind. Their consistent caring ensures best treatment. I am very grateful for the outstanding treatment and care our Staffie Buster has received. They saved his life with unexpected early diagnosis and removal of cancer . His mobility was restored with knee replacement and their dietary recommendations for weight loss definitely worked. Buster leaps around and enjoys life fully because of Mimrams expertise, intervention, treatment and care.They offer a direct insurance claims service for an administration fee of £25, together with insurance excess. This was massively helpful as we could not afford to pay the whole cost while awaiting insurers reimbursement.

  I have brought my pets here for years and years and will continue to do so. The reception staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the waiting area has a specific area for cats which is so helpful for the more nervy of feline friends. We've never had a bad visit here in terms of the treatment my animals have received. The vets are thorough and attentive and out the animals needs and comfort first. When we've had to say goodbye to our beloved pets, they have always been incredibly respectful through what is a very difficult time for all pet owners. I couldn't recommend these vets enough!
