(March 26, 2018, 8:21 am)Had a problem with my not so new water softener (In fact very old indeed) I called in a company who told me that it couldn’t be fixed and quoted me a fortune for a new one. A friend told me to get a second opinion from this company and for the princely sum of a service visit they fixed it. Would well recommend them.

(April 12, 2017, 4:49 pm)Fantastic company and service, model to others. When other companies told us it wasn't possible, Alan from Capital Softeners came and gave clear professional advice. It was clear from outset that he knew what he was talking about. He suggested the ideal solution really. The installation team were equally professional and helpful and went out of their way not to make any mess of our newly renovated kitchen. The water softener is great and we don't regret this investment at all, results are clear from day one.
