My husband and daughter have now joined too... its fantastic for families to learn together. Tiska Karate is great fun in a disciplined environment. Sensei Coles has helped my son with confidence. He really enjoys the lessons and karate camps in the holidays. It has enabled me to challenge myself, keep my fitness up and enjoy an activity with my son. Sensei Coles is inspiring for both kids and adults. I have done a few styles of Martial Arts and this is the most rewarding. My journey continues and I still have much to look forward to and achieve. It is fantastic to see my daughter now growing with confidence as she moves up the grades, side by side with her dad!”
