“I have been a patient for about 12 years at Schopwick surgery Elstree. The doctors and nurses are very efficient helpful and friendly nothing is too much for them. There is however a downside firstly it takes a long time to get through on the phone. The reception desk is manned by one person I feel that there should be two people manning this area as at times there is a queue of people waiting to be seen at the reception area. The other problem is getting an appointment unfortunately there is an average waiting period of about four weeks, however for emergency treatment an appointment is made immediately. Overall I am very happy with the medical care I have and still am receiving it’s a shame that the downside matters are spoiling patients rating.”
