“The loveliest, warmest and friendliest service. I was sent here on NHS referral for the removal of my wisdom teeth. From the minute I arrived, the receptionist was nothing but warm and friendly, and instantly put me at ease. The dentist himself, Christian Lalli, was wonderful. Talked me through everything, and was gentle, calming and friendly. Nothing I asked was too much trouble. The dental nurse was also wonderful. So friendly, so kind and calming, and sat beside me talking to me, helping to take my mind elsewhere, and even held my hand until the procedure was over. I was home in record time and have experienced little to no pain. During and after. It’s surgeries and people like this that do the NHS proud.”

“This Boots is a great little shop that has helpful and caring staff. The reason I am not rating as 5 stars, is that after 5pm there is only one member of staff at the front desk. Last week with 7 people keep waiting, it took 30 minutes to get served. The first in the queue was needing advice and help and took15 minutes to be sorted. Whilst staff are pleasent and helpful it must be awfully difficult tho work when there is planned understaffing circumstances. Needs to be sorted as not sustainable.”
