Rebecca makes Pilates accessible to all. She adapts movements to account for my arm pain due to it being broken years ago. She's very descriptive about how to do movements and helps you visualise what muscles should be working. Thank you Rebecca!... Juliette

(December 4, 2018, 11:04 am)I go every week on Tuesday evenings, very enjoyable and such a benefit to my bad posture which is becoming better and better each week i go and each week is a different routine!
Hassle free too because theres plenty of parking which is great.
