I've bought a 2003 Honda Civic from Duo Enterprises a couple of years ago. I wanted a low-priced car as my first one. Jon is a very nice person to deal with, and my 80K miles Honda has 150K on the clock now. I'm very satisfied with the car and I'm happily doing over 100 miles every day. Very good purchase!
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Jon. My husband and I have found him to be honest, trustworthy and very accommodating. We had a small issue with the first vehicle that we bought from him, we were so surprised when he dealt with our problem with a no nonsense approach and got us back on the road asap.
It's sad the used car salesmen can earn a poor reputation because of other rip off merchants that we've all had the misfortune to deal with, but Jon stands out from the others. Excellent customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've purchased four cars from Duo Enterprises. Each vehicle has been excellent and very good value for money. Brilliant customer service; always returns phone calls quickly with no nonsense, straightforward advice. Very knowledgeable about the variety and condition of cars in stock. Will definitely return for car number five in the future. Would heartily recommend.
I have bought two used cars from Jon. There was no sales pressure and the warranty is an additional reassurance. He is an independent car dealer with low overheads so can offer cars at a good price and will often take a part-exchange trade-in if required.
I'd be happy to buy a car from Jon again.
