“This Boots is a great little shop that has helpful and caring staff. The reason I am not rating as 5 stars, is that after 5pm there is only one member of staff at the front desk. Last week with 7 people keep waiting, it took 30 minutes to get served. The first in the queue was needing advice and help and took15 minutes to be sorted. Whilst staff are pleasent and helpful it must be awfully difficult tho work when there is planned understaffing circumstances. Needs to be sorted as not sustainable.”
