(March 23, 2018, 5:15 am)I never truly thought about relaxation techniques or hypnobirthing with my first two pregnancies, but with the third and last I wanted to take what control I could of the actual birth. Charlotte was amazing, her sessions are so very calm and relaxing, and the techniques she empowered me with so incredibly effective. I wish I could go back and do it again with my first two!!
(March 22, 2018, 4:44 pm)This was amazing for me - I had some sessions just before my third baby was (unexpectedly!) born at home - Charlie was completely lovely and the hypno was fab!
It was great to spend time concentrating on my bump and helped me focus and stay calm during the birth - quite an achievement considering I had previously had a bad birth experience with my first and this baby came sooner than expected!
I can definitely recommend The Good Birth Practice for all mums, whether first timers or seasoned pros...enjoy!
