“I love this store! Great range of books, graphic novels, stationary and gifts. The staff are attentive and friendly. When I last visited I was looking for a book for a Christmas present. They didn't have it but the staff member I spoke to, a lovely lady with blonde hair, offered to order it in for me. Very friendly, approachable and professional with great customer service skills. They often have events on, such as book signings and they're split over two floors so there's always a good chance of finding what you're looking for. Great store!”

“This is the best tea shop I've been to in the UK. The staff are very attentive and will brew you any tea they sell, allowing you to try before you buy. The lady who served us was amazing at suggesting teas we may enjoy and also suggesting ways to serve each tea. We also got given a few free samples with our purchase, which is great as it will give us the chance to try something new. The shop itself has a huge variety of tea and also many items such as teapots. cups, flasks and accessories. There is a tea society and a membership card, which allows you to get a free tea after buying 10. They also now serve tea to go, so if you fancy a brew asap, this is your place to go!”
