He recommended an MRI scan which was arranged within days to confirm his suspicion of a herniated disc. I started a course of 20 IDD Therapy treatments the following week and I have now completed the course and the results have been amazing in such a short time. “Lovely big and clean campsite. Sawdust toilet huts dotted around, all with basins, soap and fresh drinking water. Plenty of fire pits available free of charge. Small shop with quite a variety of food stuff. Optional extras, such as straw bales to sit on, logs and kindling, grills .. Live music from the teepee on Saturday nights, as well as food vans (pizza and fish N chips)”

The course approach is professional but gentle: it's completely bespoke to your level, but without the pressure of performance. The course tutor was excellent. You quickly become friends with the other people on the course and that makes every meal and coffee break a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Harriett and Neil are superb hosts, and you feel truly at home in their exquisite house. I have no hesitation in recommending this course!”
