“Friendly owners, were a little bit late on the pick-up and still very kindly let us pick our little fella up. Asked us about dietary requirements on drop off, even ‘petting’ and ‘love’ preferences, as well as giving us a number to text for updates so we could ask how he was getting on. Seemed very happy when we picked him up. Only issue was some roadworks on the way (which is hardly owner’s fault) and slightly remote location/country roads. No complaints.”
