“Yum, great sandwiches and rolls made on site, hot pies and pasties if varying fillings, soups, hot drinks, delicious cakes and sweets too. Convenient parking , lovely staff a must visit. Popped in the bakers today for a couple of bits for lunch, Clair and Naomi really are the dream team ( direct quote from another customer while I was in there) they really engage with customers and treat everyone individually, feel as if I want to go back not only for the lovely munch but to see the girls.”

“Small local food store, convenient for this semi rural village with its extended opening hours. It is quite dark inside and could do with improved lighting but this doesn't detract from its convenience. It is difficult to get buggies over the step so would be awkward with a wheelchair I would imagine. Generally locals are very helpful though holding the door for access.”

“Amazing dentists, as a nervous patient I was so surprised how quickly my confidence grew with the support of the staff. Also as an NHS dentist they give you the option for private treatment or products which I have had for an improved aesthetic.”

“This rating is for the Tower as a building. Built in 1838 as part of Hadlow Castle, the Tower has had a chequered history, suffering substantial damage in the 1987 storm. It was complusorily purchased in 2011 before repairs started in 2013. The Tower had been open to public visits, but after its sale in 2016, these decreased in 2017 and ceased in 2018. At present you cannot visit the Tower and it was up for sale in the summer of 2018. It's present status is unclear. At 52m high, this is the tallest Victorian Gothic tower in the country. There are good views of it from a circular walk to the River Medway or from the churchyard of St.Mary's.”
