(November 24, 2018, 7:41 am)Brilliant place to walk the dogs, especially our new puppy who needs a good off lead run but doesn't recall yet - the fenced off area was a dream! So many other friendly dogs and people to socialize him with as well, we'll be making a point to go a couple of times a week
(November 17, 2018, 7:00 am)Really lovely place. Good sized car park. Reasonably priced at £3 for 2 hours plus. Plenty of space to walk the dog and let your kids let off some steam. Dogs must be kept on a lead but there are several places where they can also run free. Several woodland play areas for under 10s. There's a Fairy and Elf Garden to. A lovely little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Great for a quick coffee or if you're hungry a decent meal. There's a selection of hot and cold foods including toasted sandwiches, jacket potatoes, cakes and crisps. Overall a really nice time with the family outdoors without them being on their mobiles!!
(October 25, 2018, 2:51 am)Fantastic place. First time I'd been there and I was impressed. Lots for the kids. A small but lovely cafe and picnic area. Toilet facilities. A couple of different play parks, Different trails to walk for different abilities. We did the highway rat (book) trail for the kids, bought an activity pack (£3 from the cafe) which had loads for the kids to do including different spots around the trail to do rubbings along with different things to look for and collect as you go round. It was all flat and buggy friendly. Further on round the grounds is a pond suitable for dogs, we didn't go that far but saw a few very wet dogs leaving as we arrived :-)
Would recommend this to anyone with kids. We will definitely be returning
(October 24, 2018, 3:10 am)Nice park where dogs are allowed to run free in most areas. Cafe has lots of seats outside with very thoughtful rings for tying up your dogs but you are not allowed to take them inside. Also has an enclosed exercise area in the park where you can safely let dogs that won't return off the lead
(September 13, 2018, 9:52 am)Lots of parking. Fair parking price policy. Great cafe on site. Convenient toilet block. Fab outdoor seating area with dog bowls laid out. Love the fresh fruit put out for sale. Great place for families and dog walkers
