  Jim is truly the greatest teacher I have ever had the privilege to learn from, he is extremely enthusiastic and fun with a passion for his music that knows no bounds. Jim started out teaching me the Bass many years back and I went from being a complete beginner to being able to play songs that I wanted to learn within a matter of weeks.
  
  In fact Jim was so good I signed on to learn guitar with him as well, its several years on and I am still playing both and loving every second because of the passion Jim has instilled in me. This is a guy that LOVES his music and knows his stuff but is also willing to take on your ideas and hear what you want to learn. If you're looking for a guitar teacher look no further, Jim's the man for the job.

  Jim is a hardworking talented conscientious teacher who not only taught me guitar, but also incited my passion for music and song writing itself. He is very open to which road you want to go down as a guitar player, whether it being a laid back approach or grades, and will push you in the right way to achieve your maximum potential. He's very easy going and is incredibly open to what you, yourself, want to get out of your playing.

  Jim is a great teacher, keeps you motivated and enhances your technique with some laughs along the way. A great person to play with!

  Very good teacher. Taught me for several years and is always encouraging and able to teach you anything you are interested in.
