I arrived early than scheduled and received a warm welcome thankfully leaving with another year's certificate. There would have been a few minors including a blown bulb that some places would have failed or charged for however Patrick replaced the bulb, topped up fluids etc. and didn't even tell me until after I had paid. Bulb etc. weren't charged for! It's the little things that make businesses worth going to, proper customer service, going the extra mile, honesty and a genuine smile.
