“Family run traditional transport cafe, dad cooks and son takes care of hospitality. Lovely people, always making time to chit chat and remember small details in their customers lives. Super friendly. Customers range from van drivers to builders, single parents to wealthy 4x4 owners. Everyone is made to feel welcome and at home. Food is delicious and menu extensive. Each order is cooked fresh and they are happy to tailor your selection to suit. This place has become a regular haunt for myself and my partner, often choosing the jungle cafe over the expensive options in town. You simply cannot beat these low prices and personal atmosphere but if it’s a fancy restaurant you want, telling you how you must order your over priced meat then this may not be for you. The jungle cafe is simply a cafe, no frills or graces, and that is its charm.”

“This was our first visit to this cafe. Ordered our breakfasts at the counter and the girl serving said she'd bring our drinks over then proceeded to chat on her phone and to her friend who was waiting for take away. Asked twice if we could get our drinks and after 20 minutes, just as we were going to walk out our food arrived so I asked this lady if i could finally get my coffee and she brought it straight away. The food was quite simply the best fry up I've had in years, beautifully cooked, fresh, tasty and piping hot and this will be our go to cafe from now on, just hoping counter hitch was a one off and not the normal level of service, 20 minutes wait for a coffee is not good but the quality of the food definitely made up for it.”
