“Booked to test drive a SEAT Leon here! On arrival they seemed very busy, however I was dealt with promptly and politely! A friend and I had a look round and noticed the new Ibiza and again, although they were busy, the salesmen said he would try and fit in a test drive with it. I drove both cars, had a nice informal chat with the salesmen, who at no time tried any awful 90's sales techniques and then left the dealership with literature provided and a contact number should I fancy ordering one. A very refreshing experience after some terrible sales malarkey at other dealerships! (I went for the Leon FR Tech in the end)”

“My alternator died on the M25... I called a few places and I was quoted between £250-£380 with a 5-7 day wait. I called Elmstead and they quotes £189+VAT with same day repair! I called the AA and they towed the truck to Elmstead and the owner got right on the job! I took a visit into Swanley to see the town and buy some things. I took a walk back to the garage and the brand new alternator has already been fitted!! When I arrived back, the owner tried to free up my brakes as they were sticking due to the caliper and offered some advice on future maintenance. He didn't charge me for this at all. It's really rare to find a good, honest and fast working mechanic these days. I live in Leicester, but would consider driving down to Swanley just so I could visit Elmstead again! Couldn't be happier!”
