  I purchased a new Nissan Qashqai from Motorline Dartford in early December 2018 for my wife. I had used another Nissan dealer in the past, but was unhappy with their offhand attitude.
  
  I believe Motorline were originally on another site in the Dartford area before and had only moved to these premises on the Bridge business park within the last year.
  
  The new premises were obviously purposely built and everything including the service area is very clean and impressive. This gives you a feeling of confidence that you are dealing with a professional company. Especially good when you have not dealt with a company before.
  
  We was offered a test drive in a demonstrator which I accepted and the sales person, who was very knowledgeable, spent a considerable amount of time with myself & my wife explaining about the car and answering all our questions.
  
  I was offered a good financial deal and I subsequently picked up my wife's new the car in early December. To their credit they made it feel like a special occasion, which is nice as it’s not every day you get to buy a new car.
  
  So in summary, my experience with Motorline was first class. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. I was treated as a valued customer and I would definitely use them again in the future.

  I recently visited the dealership for a Nissan Customer Service Chassis check. There were a few minor issues, but thanks to Matthew Wells the Manager, it is now resolved, up and coming Dealership.
  
  The customer service from the reception girl was excellent.

  I highly recommend Gary the motability specialist. I was very well looked after by Gary and Dan who were considerate of my needs and very professional in their experience and expertise of what they had to give me the best vehicle which was also mist suitable. Welcoming, courteous and always at hand for support, definitely 5 star!

  Easy check in for service. Reception clean and tidy, amenities excellent. Service by Matt G was excellent and on time. Simon Bird answered my queries about certain aspects of the car very comprehensively. And Luke cleaned the car inside and out beautifully.

  Lovely state of the art showroom. Easy to get to and easy to park. Immaculate facilities with friendly staff who go out of their way to help.
