“Nice show room with friendly staff. Positive: Most cars are displayed and are available to check it out. Coffee and water available to self serve. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. The sales people especially Claire is brilliant and very very patient. Negatives: Couldn't get the exact vehicle we wanted to test drive before we buy. Test drive experience could be a lot better. Need an appointment which I think could be eased a little bit. Overall a good experience visiting the showroom. The people are not forcing you to big but are patient to answer your questions.”

“I purchased a new Nissan Qashqai from Motorline Dartford in early December 2018 for my wife. I had used another Nissan dealer in the past, but was unhappy with their offhand attitude. I believe Motorline were originally on another site in the Dartford area before and had only moved to these premises on the Bridge business park within the last year. The new premises were obviously purposely built and everything including the service area is very clean and impressive. This gives you a feeling of confidence that you are dealing with a professional company. Especially good when you have not dealt with a company before. We was offered a test drive in a demonstrator which I accepted and the sales person, who was very knowledgeable, spent a considerable amount of time with myself & my wife explaining about the car and answering all our questions. I was offered a good financial deal and I subsequently picked up my wife's new the car in early December. To their credit they made it feel like a special occasion, which is nice as it’s not every day you get to buy a new car. So in summary, my experience with Motorline was first class. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. I was treated as a valued customer and I would definitely use them again in the future.”

“We deal a lot with Cross water through Phillips Bathrooms and we have always been very happy with their extensive range and their forward thinking, sometimes customer service take a little longer but with their very helpful Nottingham rep we have always been happy with the out come, and to be fair we get very little issues to say how much we deal with them. Always find them very supportive towards retailers with showrooms, and they appreciate those that display their products.”
