(November 1, 2018, 4:02 am)We purchased a new copier back in July after ours died after 10 years, Charlie and his team were great at the time and sorted us out, a couple of days ago I thought it had failed and an engineer was out the same day only to switch back on and clear the issue, which appears to be my fingers. Anyway great service and polite couldn't ask for better.
(October 30, 2018, 12:02 pm)We took a chance on a new copier supplier after many years with our old supplier. Their initial assessment of our needs was very thorough and they didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want and didn't need. In fact they even went as far as to save us money on our existing setup. Since then the customer service has been first class. Whenever there's a problem they have someone out within 24 hours and the problems are resolved quickly and with minimum disruption to our business. They regularly come round to maintain the copiers and check that we are satisfied that everything is working as it should. We are very happy customers and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

Solved the problem most importantly and had us back up and running in no time. Very impressed with service, suggestions and informative dialogue. Literally the fate of a community event hung in their hands and they delivered in rapid time. Would highly recommend.
