Their initial assessment of our needs was very thorough and they didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want and didn't need. In fact they even went as far as to save us money on our existing setup. Since then the customer service has been first class. Whenever there's a problem they have someone out within 24 hours and the problems are resolved quickly and with minimum disruption to our business. They regularly come round to maintain the copiers and check that we are satisfied that everything is working as it should.
