“Well chuffed with the service I received this evening. My alternator belt snapped and left me stranded in Blackham on a very dark and quiet country road. They called me 10 minutes before arriving (within an hour of me logging the call through my insurance company) at the vehicle and met me perfectly on time. The gentleman that assisted was very knowledgeable and completely proactive and kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He recovered my vehicle and dropped it at a mechanic within walking distance to where I live and even explained the process around letting the mechanic know what to do in the morning. He gave me a document in which I wrapped my car key and dropped through the letter box of the mechanic and parked my car in the parking lot for "new job" vehicles. Such a nice man, he even personally said goodbye to my aunt who gave us a lift. Strongly recommend these guys. Thank you so much for making something that was so scary, so easy and efficient.
