“I visited Oriental Pearl today with my fiance and her mother and my fiance walked away with a beautiful wedding dress. They have a great selection and the staff (Nadia in particular) are amazingly helpful and friendly and at no point did the bride-to-be feel overwhelmed by the staff (she preferred to be left alone to put the dress on). The staff also did not turn their nose up at our small dress budget. They were so genuinely happy for her to find her dress and hugs were even exchanged. Thanks Nadia and the rest of the staff for making our experience so warm and welcoming. We would recommend you to anyone and everyone.”

“I'm a regular customer in your Sevenoaks store, and have been for many years now. The service is excellent; the staff are polite, attentive and have good product and company knowledge. Their fundraiser Fashion Shows are great fun; a friend and I bought tickets and attended at the Sevenoaks store last night (27/7/17) which was a huge success. The staff went above and beyond, and this should be recognised. I do not shop in M&S as M and Co have better clothing, and much nicer staff. As a customer service trainer, I notice all aspects of a shopping experience, and Sevenoaks is by far the most pleasant retail store in the town centre.”

“Walked in store, about 2 seconds later an advisor was locked on to me. I knew exactly what I was looking for. 2 litres of oil. (The least expensive option) But he offered to go get it for me anyways. Im like okay awesome... (5 seconds later) I walked no more than 2 steps to to the tills.. He then offered to go put it in the car. Knowing full well I had struggled 2 days prior to this trying to get the stupid cap off... I was going to take all the help I could get. Of course, he got it off within 10 seconds... So car is topped up, fixed, all within 5 minutes of walking in the store. Now that was pretty impressive.. Great job guys!!!”

“I bought a bag for the wife from the gunwharf quays initially, the bag was really nice and the wife loved it. Unfortunately a day of use led to the bag looking a mess. I called my local branch where staff stated that the bag from GWQ is not stocked, customer service advised I can ask for a refund. The wife was a little upset as she liked the bag. The staff at the Bluewater branch late in the evening were brilliant. They helped find a nice replacement in my budget and the wife was very happy. I believe the staff members were Tara and Shelley-Anne, they are a great investment to the company.”
