Their fundraiser Fashion Shows are great fun; a friend and I bought tickets and attended at the Sevenoaks store last night (27/7/17) which was a huge success. The staff went above and beyond, and this should be recognised. I do not shop in M&S as M and Co have better clothing, and much nicer staff. As a customer service trainer, I notice all aspects of a shopping experience, and Sevenoaks is by far the most pleasant retail store in the town centre.”
