“So close to London yet feels like you're deep in the countryside. A lovely and very relaxing cottage with everything you could wish for bar a washing machine (for longer stays). There's no TV or Wi-fi and minimal mobile reception but personally I feel that just adds to the charm. Not recommended for the very tall as the beams and doorways are quite low. If I were to pick faults then the distant passenger planes on their way to Gatwick would go away but you soon get used to it and filter it out. Highly recommended.”

“Me and my family attended today for an afternoon tea, with 2 children and the need for wheelchair access it is difficult to find a place that is accommodating for these needs. We were extremely pleased with the service provided, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious. They were more than happy to swap food items that people didn’t like and were accommodating to dietary requirements I had. A massive thank you to Becky and Christine who made our experience a pleasant one, we will be returning very soon for sure. 5*!”
