  John is very helpful and professional. After job was done he gave me some useful advice for a future and point out common mistakes people do that can damage your lock. If you have any problems with your lock, door ect About-Turn Locks is the perfect guy for the job.

  Spot on time and a great service. The faulty lock was quite an old one but he found the replacement and fitted it straight away. I run my own business and would have no hesitation recommending About-Turn Locks to any of my clients. 10/10 from me.

  John fixed our patio door – he removed a key that he broken off in the lock and then realigned the doors so that they would close properly in future. He was polite, friendly and professional. He was clear and upfront about the cost of the work. His charges were reasonable, and the price he quoted was the price we paid. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what he was doing and why. He quickly fixed the door we’d asked him to help us with, and then realigned another set of uPVC doors for us at no extra cost! Would happily recommend him to anyone.
