(May 30, 2018, 1:35 pm)I used the 7 day trial and can’t wait to join the gym, the classes are great and you can feel the exercises working straight away! Everyone is really friendly and help to motivate each other when training. Dan and Ryan are really nice and very knowledgeable, I felt such a difference even after a week compared with any other classes I have done.
(May 30, 2018, 10:25 am)So glad I joined this gym. Joined on the trial membership and haven't looked back. Dan and Ryan are very knowledgeable and really motivate you to push yourself each session! It has all the equipment you need and has small group sessions which are well layed out and really make you work hard! Highly recommend!

(May 30, 2018, 9:31 am)Have enjoyed the past few months here massively. As a beginner, the small group PT was a perfect fit and have found it very fun and can see the results!! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves ????
