  Highly recommend Jon's services in both osteopathy and sports massage. I regularly get myself in a knot and usually just one visit sorts me right out.

  I had back pain issues for many months and had absolutely no idea where to start to fix the problem.
  
  I was recommended Head 2 Toe by a colleague and went through a series of sessions.
  
  During these sessions I learned about how the back works and how to make it stronger.
  
  I also received treatment at the centre and It really helped me.
  
  I'm now stronger and on the way to full fitness.
  
  I would recommend to anyone who had constant back pain :)

  I have been going to Jon for treatment on and off for around 5 years for different issues, even tracking him down to Godstone when I found out he'd left the practice in Reigate. Jon is a physically active person himself so can easily empathise with the frustrations of an injury and works in a very methodical and precise way to determine what the issue is, and then treat it appropriately. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to explain what he is doing, and why he is doing it. Very helpfully, he also provides an on-going treatment plan by email so you can continue with the rehab between appointments. There is no hard sell with Jon where you feel under pressure to keep going back. You keep going back because he's really effective at what he does... and he's also a really decent guy. I would recommend Jon highly and he will always be my first call when I've got something niggly to deal with.

  Head 2 Toe Osteopathy were known to me as I train @The Spot in Godstone. I was suffering from a very bad back, tight painful hamstrings and simple things like bending and walking were extremely painful. Jon immediately put me at ease and asked questions in order to get to the bottom of what was going on. Jon got to work and I felt immediate relief after the first session.
  Within 30 minutes of the session ending, a personalised rehab program arrived by email with details of some stretches I was to do to aid recovery.
  I have seen Jon for 2 further appointments and I am on the road to getting better.
  I recommend Head 2 Toe Osteopathy highly.

  I was having some serious back pain near my spine and needed some pain relief and also manipulation to set it straight. I googled Osteopath's in Godstone and saw that Head to Toe was just around the corner from us. Upon meeting Jon he put my mind at rest and said we'd get it sorted. He was quick with locating the problem and diagnosing it and immediately got to work to help with the pain. It took a total of 3 sessions to get me sorted which included some relief with acupuncture around the painful area. I would highly recommend Jon and believe him to be knowledgeable and professional. Unlike some therapists, he is not pushy at all with getting you to book more sessions. He is kind and easy to talk to... definitely the best Osteopath I've seen and not too expensive too. Thanks Heidi
