When you ask Dee to help you, she gives you 110%. I was recommended to Dee by a mutual friend, i desperately needed to drag myself back into exercise and get fit again.
She listened to what i wanted to achieve and more than delivered. You work hard, very hard, but the results are amazing. No two sessions are the same, which is brilliant for someone like me who has a low boredom threshold. She has equipped my toolbox with so many helpful tools both mentally and physically, enabling me to go forward knowing i can succeed. She is incredibly generous with her knowledge and experience.
So this is my first review on Google- I do this as I am so impressed and invigorated by Dees guidance, encouragement and verve to get me the results I have asked her for.
Dee has listened, watched and advised me on exercise, commitment and results to satisfy my need/desire to improve my fitness/body shape and lifestyle. I have signed up to have 10 sessions with her as I needed a kick start after 3 sessions I had already decided that she got me, ITS NOT EASY- ITS VERY HARD AND AN HOUR OF INTENSIVE BESPOKE TRAINING - NOT LIKE AT A GYM - A PERSONAL UNDERSTANDING ME , MY TIME AND MY NEEDS- for a change selfishly as a Mum, wife, boss and stuff it feels like it is all about me - AT LAST. Dee is committed and dedicated to help you make healthy choices, lifestyles changes and VERY HARD WORK - for the good !!
Dee is a first class trainer, her full body fitness approach will be the next big thing! We signed up on a friends recommendation and her fitness programmes designed specifically for us have enabled us to lose weight and increase our fitness. We are fitter and healthier and are really happy with the results.
