Called The Junction. Very enjoyable with fantastic views
Friendly, good coffee, great spot for before/after a dog walk
Junction 8 served us with a surprise delight to find such a friendly cafe with so many vegan options in an already stunning setting. There is a separate vegan menu (separate to the already detailed vegetarian menu) with adventurous offerings including a vegan omelette! It also made my day to get a pure matcha latte (they had a whole array of hot drinks including a turmeric latte) made with oat milk (almond, soy and oat milk available maybe more) at no extra cost.
Staff are all really friendly, nothing is too much trouble and genuine.
Very much recommend
Great location, food and drink very good with a wide selection including a few vegan options. If car park full and you don't mind a walk, go back over M25 roundabout and take the first left to get to Margery Wood car park (NT - charge for non members). The walk from there to the cafe via the North Downs is about 30 minutes.
The tea hut itself is called 'Junction 8'. Have been here 3 times now, lovely little destination tea hut for bikers/drivers/ramblers. I have come on my motorbike all 3 times. Food is excellent (I've had a bacon & egg bagel), and fabulous ice cream cones. Great view too! In the summer there are deck chairs out on the lawn too.
