It has changed ownership several times but has never deteriorated. The current owners have refurbished the accommodation and it is now even better!! So comfortable and the cats' every need catered for. .... The setting is also beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending people to leave their cats in their care with absolute peace of mind to be able to enjoy their own holiday.”

“We have a very playful and slightly mad cocker spaniel, Bailey, who was a year old when we left him for two weeks earlier this month. The staff were absolutely fantastic and showed us around when we made the booking and answered the many questions we had. When we picked him up, he was well adjusted, though still slightly mad and although pleased to see us, was playful with the staff who had been looking after him. Well they can't speak, can they, so you only have their body language to go by. He was groomed while he was there and the groomer did a fantastic job too. Will not hesitate to use their services sgain, knowing that they will always take great care of him Thank you guys”

“I called in just to buy a tick collar for our dog (which you now don't have), and was told that flea a tick treatment comes together in a tablet, and lung worm in another. So I was handed all these boxes, which, because we are on the health plan, I didn't have to pay anything for! It;s all included in the annual fee. Also, our poor dog had a couple of ticks on her face, which I hadn't been able to remove, as they were near her eye. So, the vet and receptionist removed those and the receptionist sat on the floor and found a few more on her body (how embarrassing). Anyway, she removed all those and I didn't have to pay anything for that either!!!! What service, I was very impressed indeed. Mind you, I have always liked our vet practice........”

The fact that it is a truly 24 hour service gives great confidence whether on routine health issues or on complex health issues. I have always felt that my cat was in the best hands and kept totally updated on her care, first on CKD and then on the removal of an intestinal cancer tumour.
