  I went to see Matt at Flex following a long term mobility issue surrounding my Right Pec and Front Delt which in turn was causing me issues with my Bench Press which as a Powerlifter is a huge issue.
  
  Matt was incredibly thorough and even completed an ultrasound to make sure there was nothing sinister behind my issue - which was fine. He conducted a full assessment and recommended self treatment trigger point therapy to be completed at home - he demonstrated and fully explained what i had to do and within only a week my chest has opened up and I've started to show some amazing progress. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary sessions, he was honest, processional and incredibly good at what he does. I couldn't recommend Matt and Flex Physio enough. I can't wait to compete again and see the difference with my Bench! #teamflex

  Seen Kieran Bernard for about 5 weeks ( once a week) due to a car accident my shoulder was affected ! Now I fell like new ! Thanks Again !

  It's now only a few weeks following my total knee replacement. I am already walking without a stick, my leg feels strong and stable and I have 120 degrees of bend which I am delighted with. My knee still swells but I'm told that's to be expected and will settle with time. Kieran was able show me exactly what I needed to work on and tailored my exercise plan accordingly to get the best result. Highly recommended!
